What's included
- Build agents with the Copilot Chat, Standard and GitHub Copilot harnesses
- Publish to external channels (websites, apps, social), usable by unlicensed users
- Premium and custom Power Platform connectors, Dataverse, Power Platform admin center
- No feature difference between packs and pay-as-you-go; only how you pay
Common traps
- Unused pack credits do not roll over. A pack bought for a quiet month is money lost.
- Prepaid credits are consumed first; overflow goes to pay-as-you-go only if you have linked an Azure subscription. Without it, agents can stop.
- Usage by Microsoft 365 Copilot-licensed users is not charged; the same agent used by unlicensed staff or customers is.
- Sandbox, test and cloned environments draw from the same tenant pool unless you allocate capacity per environment.
- Bring-your-own-model (Azure Foundry) usage is billed separately on top of credits.
